By opting in to receive text messages from Tidal Car Wash (via website sign-up forms, keyword opt-in, paper consent forms, or checkout kiosks), you agree to receive promotional messages, appointment reminders, wash updates, special discounts, and account notifications. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us, monthly promotions, and membership or service updates (typically up to 4–6 messages per month).

3. Cost & Carrier Charges

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile phone plan details with your wireless carrier for specific rates and fees. Tidal Car Wash is not responsible for any mobile text messaging or data charges incurred.

4. How to Opt-Out (Unsubscribe)

You can stop receiving SMS messages from Tidal Car Wash at any time. Text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation text confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-subscribe.

6. Supported Carriers
